The 2nd Annual Angelo Frannicola Memorial Foundation Fundraiser.

To be held on April 2nd 2025 at The Fiesta on Rt.17 in Wood Ridge NJ 
      The Foundation provides local future collegiate athletes achieve their dream and to help those less fortunate in our community.

       Angelos accomplishments in Essex County were numerous. He served as Athletic Director at both Weequahic and Nutley HS. Angelo was an outstanding Football and Basketball official for over 40 years. He served as commissioner of the Metro-Newark ASA since 1976.

      Angelos contributions to our association were numerous for over 46 years. Softball Clinician, many NJSBUA committees including, Executive Secretary, President, Vice-President, Toastmaster at the annual NJSBUA dinner, and recipient of the prestigious Jack Schrumpf Hall of Fame award.

  Paul D'Ascensio represented the NJSBUA BOD, in presenting a check for $1,500 to Robert Frannicola at the recent dinner in honor of Angelo Frannicola.  The check was a contribution to the Memorial Foundations in Angelo's name. The Foundations provides scholarships to students who want to purse an education in Sports Education and/or Medicine.
